Lead Software Development Engineers work across the end-to-end software development life cycle and apply modern software development practices when defining, designing, building, testing and delivering software and services to users. Lead Software Engineers effectively collaborate with cross functional teams including senior stakeholders to deliver on projects. You will utilize your deep technical expertise and skillset by representing software development engineering in overall project management by specifying and driving progress towards development activities, milestones, and timelines. This role independently builds software solutions, solves highly complex problems and displays innovation when delivering projects and/or product(s). Lead Software Development Engineers model a growth mindset by mentoring and guiding Software Development Engineer team members in growing their skillsets and models continuous learning and curiosity. This role communicates the role of Software Development Engineering along with the value it adds to the business and partners with all levels of leadership to educate and influence product road maps.About the Role:Python Developer with AWS

About You:

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications; preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation; assisting with network connectivity and Internet accessibility; and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by writing documentation; creating charts, diagrams, and clear directions; and answering user questions.
• Supports teams by providing information, resources, and technical advice regarding difficult problems.
• Contributes to teams by accomplishing tasks as assigned; identifying and communicating individual achievements; and promoting success of the team.
• Meets project timeline by monitoring schedule; planning tasks; submitting new and revised material; and tracking changes.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
