Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaThe team works within the Americas Application Solutions Centre to design, deliver and support software solutions that support the Enterprise Risk Management function globally. The team is responsible for several applications - both internally developed and third-party products - with a heavy focus on the internally developed .NET applications. There is a substantial pipeline of work, including market-wide initiatives, Security focused transformation and major cloud migrations.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 CODE: able to code across full stack, front end, API, backend, and DB.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with developers on other teams, internal and external, onshore, and offshore.\xc2\xb7 Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.\xc2\xb7 Technically leads other developers, including assignment of work.\xc2\xb7 Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.\xc2\xb7 Assist with the creation of operational guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Assist with technical analysis of solution design.\xc2\xb7 Perform design activities in collaboration with the Technical Architect.\xc2\xb7 Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc. Support resolution of defects during application testing phases.\xc2\xb7 Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.\xc2\xb7 May serve as a member of a Major Incident Team.\xc2\xb7 May perform Application Developer duties.\xc2\xb7 Identify, propose process improvements to enhance corporate finance applications support to promote Make-It-Better.You will report to the Application Manager.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of hands-on development experience in C#, SQL, .Net Frameworks, Visual Studio, SSMS, TFS/GIT, HTML5, Web API, JSON, XML, REST.\xc2\xb7 Experience with at least one of the modern web development frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, etc.\xc2\xb7 Experience with developing apps in Cloud Technology - Azure Services is essential Web Apps, Web Jobs, Queuing framework etc.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Modern data storage technologies like Table/Blob Storage etc. is nice to have.\xc2\xb7 Effective knowledge of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of the user experience.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work constructively in a team environment as well as resiliently.\xc2\xb7 Experience with of Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps processes.\xc2\xb7 Experience with complex modeling and /or risk analytics in insurance or financial domain is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a geographically distributed project team preferred.\xc2\xb7 Must possess good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, technically motivated, and creative, user oriented, self-driven with a desire to learn AXA XL's business.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 P&C Insurance/ Enterprise Risk Management industry experience.\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work resiliently with less supervision.
