This is your role.\xc2\xb7 Overall responsibility for complete technical correctness of HV Equipment Scope of HVDC project.\xc2\xb7 Overall Technical responsibility for the preparation of equipment specifications, check of test plans, and optimization of the equipment construction under consideration of the special requirements for the HVDC system.\xc2\xb7 Overall responsibility for preparation of technical and economic tender documents for high voltage equipment. Techno-commercial support of the sales department and the project management for HV Equipment\xc2\xb7 Overall responsibility for the technical evaluation of the Main circuit parameters and system studies. Support the economic evaluation in the context of purchasing. Technical support during the search for the most suitable technical solution and qualified subcontractors\xc2\xb7 Internal project supervision (timelines, costs, quality)\xc2\xb7 Mentoring/Training of team members on technical topics related to Component engineering and HVDC technology.\xc2\xb7 Preparation and active participation of technical decisions in arrangement with the project manager and technical project manager\xc2\xb7 Regular sub-project reports, regular meetings with regard to project progress, constant monitoring of project milestones\xc2\xb7 Identification and evaluation of project-oriented risks and opportunities. Working out suggestions to minimize possible risks, recognizing benefits and opportunities.We don\xe2\x80\x99t need superheroes, just super minds.Knowledge acquired in 6 - 12 years in HVDC EngineeringBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering or comparableTechnical Skills:\xc2\xb7 Having a technical overview of Power System studies tools, and requirement analysis to support the component team in completing the Systems department activities in budget.\xc2\xb7 Expert level knowledge with all the following: HV measuring components, HV transmission transformers, HV switchgear, HV Reactors/Resistors/Capacitors\xc2\xb7 Solid Understanding of HVDC technologies, main circuit parameters calculation, Insulation coordination, Transient stress, and fault scenarios. Should be able to mentor junior members of the team.\xc2\xb7 Progress of project work, Risk analysis for the Systems department and planning mitigations for them, Conducting Gate reviews.\xc2\xb7 Deep Knowledge about and Experience with Testing Techniques of HV components\xc2\xb7 Extensive Experience in understanding and managing complex customer specifications. Expert-level Review of multiple projects /tender submissions simultaneously due to acquired expertise.Provide oversight of the budget for engineering design, commissioning, maintenance, and equipment assessment.\xc2\xb7 Provided technical solutions for transformer replacement, network strength study, etc.\xc2\xb7 Deep Knowledge of applicable norms and standards\xc2\xb7 Extensive Experience in tendering or execution of large turnkey projectsKey Skills:\xc2\xb7 Complete English fluency in business Communication with international stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Expert level Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings.\xc2\xb7 Pronounced proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers\xc2\xb7 Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win\xc2\xb7 Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team\xc2\xb7 Pronounced Time management and Prioritization Skills\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding the importance of techno-commercial design optimization and the mutual influence of technical and commercial aspects\xc2\xb7 Proactivity in digging deep into techno-commercial topics, also considering surrounding interface requirements.\xc2\xb7 Pronounced Quality FocusWe\xe2\x80\x99ve got quite a lot to offer.
