DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Provide hands on technical leadership in automating business process using UiPath. Provide hands on technical leadership in developing, testing and deploying automation solution using UiPath. Provide technical leadership to AXA XL Automation Technologies team including vendor teams supporting production applications and program initiatives. Overall ownership for the design, development, implementation and monitoring the solutions for Automation Technologies. Provide project management for application enhancement and business process changes. Provide proactive and end to end technical leadership in Automation Technologies by effectively monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and coordinating with teams to resolve issue promptly. Liaise between business analyst, project manager and IT teams to review business requirements, change requests and provide tactical and permanent solutions. Responsible for adhering to application security and data privacy guidelines on all technical deliveries leveraging AXA-XL best practices. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining Solution Design Document, Unit test plan, Test scenarios, deployment documents. Manage and enhance existing design principles (such as reusable components, code management using version control software, API integration) Work with infrastructure teams to provide technical support for automation deployment, change management, vulnerabilities remediation, PEN Test. Identify & propose process improvements to enhance Automation Technologies deliveries to promote Make-It-Better Nice to have - theoretical and/or working knowledge of AL-ML(focus on NLP) concepts, cloud concepts, .Net Framework, Microsoft Power Automate, Agile methodology SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Minimum qualifications: Overall 8+ years of experience leading and building technical solutions. 5+ years of hands-on design /development/delivery of RPA using UiPath. Ability to do effective multi-tasking is required. Experience leading onshore-offshore development teams. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Skills & Abilities Ability to work independently with less supervision is required. Able to organize self and others including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Ability to build effective working relationships (Internally/Externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group. Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for own work and for the team, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team.
