As a Technical Manager, you will be operating in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary development environment. Technical Manager maintains and develops the relationship at an operational level with the Client, and also creates an optimal engineering collaboration with the Client. Using your personal and professional skills, you will work closely together with the clients development teams (Electrical Infrastructure) to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process, in alignment with the clients requirements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design, Analysis, and Simulation of Electronics circuits
Mentoring HW-design, Schematic / PCB design team members
Periodical report of project status and data to the customer
Project management of complete electronic product development life cycle
Technical Knowledge
Analog, Digital, and Power supplies
Schematics / PCB layout (high voltage, high current design rules implementation expertise)
Power Supply design (AC-DC, DC-DC, ultra-low noise designs)
Wiring harness calculation & design
Electronic Racks, Cabinets, and Boxes constraints on product design
Printed Circuit Boards - signal integrity & power integrity - simulation & design updates
Provide guidance in board bring-up, Testing & Troubleshooting of electronic modules
Preparation and execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) of hardware modules
Technical write-up, Specifications, Test Procedures, Test Reports, high-level and low-level design documents
Design of ultra-low noise voltage and current supplies for use in electron beam inspection systems
Signal conditioning circuit design for ADC, DAC for HV systems
Hardware module prototype development, bring-up, and functional validations
Hardware-Software integration testing and requirement gap management

15+ years of experience in Industrial Electronics/Automotive/Medical domain with UG / PG Degree In Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Applied Electronics/Electronics Instrumentation.
