FarmwiseAI specializes in providing AI and data driven solutions for diverse fields such as forestry, water, urban infrastructure. Join us in ensuring a sustainable, eco-friendly, and more importantly farmer friendly ecosystem for Agronomist and future generation, with our advanced geospatial solutions. : As a Team Lead, you will help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining software and systems to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems. Much of our support and software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and reducing work through automation. You will join a team of curious problem solvers with a diverse set of perspectives who think big and take risks. In this environment, you will take the lead on relevant projects, supported by an organization that provides the support and mentorship you need to learn and grow. You will be focused on running better production applications and systems. Responsibilities: Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the software system being developed. Assist in the collection and documentation of user\'s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Package and support deployment of releases. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience with leading software teams. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Committed to continuous learning and improvement. Experience with Agile software development. Deep experience with, at least, one programming language and its main frameworks and libraries. Full-stack development experience, including front-end (web, or mobile, or both), and backend. Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and automated testing in general. Good understanding of evolutionary and incremental architecture, incremental development, and design for testability. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Good understanding of database technologies (relational, non-relational, graph, etc.), I/O and networking. Experience in designing and configuring CI/CD pipelines.
