  • Developing and implementing new technology for machineries.
  • Close collaboration with CFT (India / global) to ensure seamless execution of project meeting project targets.
  • Compile list of Machinery and ancillary system requirements and evaluate their functions to determine impact on product quality.
  • Interpretation of User requirement specifications, critical process parameters, critical quality attributes related to the machine use and translating to system requirements.
  • Collate manufacturing documents for all machines (P&ID, Schematics, Components, System instruments, contact parts specification, lubricants with potential product contact, Software versions and licenses, utility connections, Calibration records, Maintenance records, Critical spare part list and availability, security, interlock, and alarm mechanisms, etc.).
  • Prepare and review machine qualification protocol (IQ / OQ / PQ / FAT / SAT / validation protocol).
  • Identify machinery for transfer, retrofit & procurement for production & QC.
  • Coordinate with Jaffrey team and Trade compliance team for Machinery transfer logistics and liaison.
  • Perform Machinery risk assessment and implement maintenance plan.
  • Coordination with Construction management team to ensure all the Machinery and its utility requirements are met.
  • Dismantle machinery in US and pack.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure retrofitting / procurement of identified machinery and Automation Tech support.
  • Installation and qualification of machinery.
Job Requirements
  • BE in Electrical / Electronics or closely related engineering field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with automation and instrumentation engineering.
