about the role Providing Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the Automation Team and Organization Architecting, developing, and maintain an innovative test automation system for the organization. Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability solutions Define automated test criteria, designs and develops the organization\'s Test Automation framework, and develops automated tests for all functionality that meets specified automation criteria. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with stakeholders with business understanding Assists in the training/mentoring of team members, including testers,developers, and business analysts and implements organization-widequality process initiatives to ensure quality of deliverables. Must have worked in Agile mode of delivery. Good in Technical investigation, Debugging, Problem solving and analysis. Excellent project management skills using tools like JIRA & Confluence Risk management & resource handling capabilities Project & Task estimation with budget planning and resources mapping Proactive & take lead in meetings both internal & external - self-driven & self-motivated about you Desired skills/knowledge . Strong Test Development experience with Python or Java . Strong experience in Selenium or Robot Automation test framework . Extensive knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments . Automation experience in desktop applications, Web applications, web services . Strong experience in Mobile platform automation using Appium (android/IOS) . Good knowledge test tool, Maven, ANT, Jira , confluence etc. . Experience building and maintaining automated tests for end-to-end services . Understanding of Git / GitHub or some type of code versioning tool . Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML . Experience in Test Automation Frameworks, White Box Testing, Web Automation . Strong experience in API testing - SOAP, RestAPI . Experience in Continuous integration with Jenkins , Continuous Delivery, able to work & influence agile work environment .
