As a Technical Lead , you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and driving the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership : Effectively managing a team of developers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Problem Solving : Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle development challenges.
• Team Coordination : Driving the team towards common and individual goals while fostering collaboration and motivation.
• Project Involvement : Opportunities to work on both product and customer-focused projects, particularly in the areas of factory automation and AI/ML applications .
• Development : Contributing to the development of innovative and complex applications for factory automation, including AI and machine learning components.

Required Candidate Profile :

• Education : BE/MCA with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in C++ or C# development.
• Core Skills :
• Strong grasp of OOPs concepts
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code using best practices
• A strong motivation to learn and grow technically
• Additional Experience (Preferred but not required):
• Experience working with hardware (socket and serial communication)
• Multithreading experience
• Personality Traits :
• Must possess leadership and motivational skills
• Friendly and approachable with the ability to manage both team and customer relations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?673,841.40 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
