Job Overview:

A Trainer plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of workshop/lab activities within the academic setting. The trainer contributes to the overall success of research projects, educational experiments, and student learning experiences. This role involves a combination of administrative, technical, and organizational tasks to maintain the functionality and safety of the laboratory environment.

Job Location - Implant at Industrial Training Institutes Vadnagar, Visnagar, Mehsana, Siddhpur and Kheralu

Responsibilities:

• Teach various assigned courses and labs in mechanical engineering technology by lecture and/or demonstration as appropriate.
• Prepare timetable, Batch plan and Session plan for ongoing / Future batches.
• Impart training asper pedagogy and curriculum prescribed by institute.
• Performs related administrative and recordkeeping duties such as evaluating textbooks; preparing learning objectives, course syllabi, handouts, tests, etc.; gathering resources for class; setting up equipment for drafting labs and computer labs; procuring supplies and equipment; maintaining software and hardware; solving software/equipment problems; conducting critiques of students' work; grading assignments; maintaining files; assisting with developing new courses; etc.
• Prepares and/or completes various reports and forms related to classes including reports, such as end-of-quarter reports, grade reports, rolls, etc.
• Performs various student-related duties including recruiting students, advising students, counselling with students, assisting students with career and study skills, etc.
• Maintains good working relationships and communicates information within the Department and with all departments/divisions on campus.
• Operates, utilizes, and maintains several types of equipment in labs and consumables/ supplies / gadgets including computers, machines, overhead projector, general office supplies, general teaching supplies, etc.
• Conduct task as assigned by Management to attends meetings and training as required and assists with preparing departmental objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,016.09 - ?41,222.89 per month
