about the role
- To create the orders, Deliver all Moves, Adds & Changes on customer network connections, performing technical feasibility study and end-to-end project manage by coordinating with internal specialist teams.
- Release the change in customer agreed window time by leading the teleconference to achieve right First time, Every time success thereby creating Outstanding Customer Experience.
- Must be an engineer preferably in telecommunication or computerscience or any professional drgree such BCA, MAC etc.
- CCNA Certification preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in physical layer/frame relay/ATM/IP Technologies.
