Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, including software developers, engineers, IT professionals, and technicians.
• Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals.
• Oversee the design and development of software and hardware solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in a technical leadership role, managing a team of technical professionals.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per month
