The successful candidate will oversee the technical aspects of facility management for one of our key accounts, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities: Manage technical operations of assigned facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility-related services Analyze facility performance data and prepare reports Develop and manage budgets for operations and capital improvements Train and mentor junior technical staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility operations with client needs Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiativesRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or related technical field Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Experience with energy management and sustainability practices Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite and facility management software Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
