Job Title: Technical Engineer

Job Location : Salem, Erode, Perundurai.

Experience : 0-1 year ( Freshers Preferred )

Salary: 10k to 18k

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project completion reports, managing a team, and handling the installation and service of our electronic products. This role involves extensive travel to client locations for on-site installations and service calls. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Reporting :

• Update and maintain project completion reports for management review.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports on the progress and completion of installation and service projects.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily available for management.

Team Handling :

• Lead and manage a team of technicians for installation and service tasks.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.

Installation :

• Install electronic products at customer locations.
• Configure and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site training to customers on product usage and maintenance.

Service and Maintenance :

• Attend to service calls and troubleshoot issues with electronic products.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as required.
• Replace or repair defective parts to restore functionality.

Customer Support :

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Travel :

• Willingness to travel extensively to various client locations.
• Manage travel logistics efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (E&I), or Mechatronics.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic products.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
