• Installation of IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.
• Documenting installation and service activities accurately.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
