About The Job At SuperAGI, we\'re building a dev-first and open-source framework to build, manage and run autonomous AI agents. We\'ve gathered over 10K stars on GitHub in a short span of 50 days, and are one of the world\'s first projects in the nascent AI agent space. To ensure that developers across the globe can exhaustively understand the technical aspects and functionalities of SuperAGI to its fullest, we\'re looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer at SuperAGI, you will be responsible for writing concise and comprehensive documentation that helps our community understand the workings of SuperAGI with ease - allowing them to make full use of our features and functionalities. You\'ll work closely with our product and engineering team to convert raw technical information into accurate and easy-to-read documentation. Develop and maintain Product documentation, including tutorials, user guides, product features, API docs, and code samples. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SuperAGI platform and features to document complex technical concepts and procedures effectively. Ensuring documentation is exhaustive, accurate, and up-to-date by collaborating closely with product managers and developers to gather information. Work in close partnership with the development team to understand new features, enhancements, and updates - Ultimately translating them into user-friendly documentation Proactively engage with engineering, product and community teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and address any documentation-related queries or concerns. Create modular and reusable documentation components using industry-standard formats such as Markdown, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new documentation formats, such as DITA or others as required. Work with Git and Docusaurus to publish and manage documentation. Continuously improve documentation quality by conducting regular reviews and incorporating user feedback. Actively participate and contribute in the development process, attending sprint planning meetings, providing input on documentation requirements, and adapting to changing priorities. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. Must Have Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in a developer-focused role. Proven experience in leading at least two documentation projects. Proven experience creating high-quality documentation, including tutorials, user guides, and API references. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and at least one markup language (such as Markdown or DITA) or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new documentation formats. Strong understanding of software development concepts, languages, and frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Nice To Have Skills Experience in open-source documentation. Experience with programming languages like JavaScript or React. Proficiency in using Docusaurus. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Experience with authoring and publishing software. Experience with large information architecture projects. Knowledge of API documentation standards, such as Swagger/OpenAPI. Familiarity with automated documentation tools and processes. Previous experience in large-scale information architecture projects. Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
