Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for Technical Documentation SpecialistYouxe2x80x99ll make a difference by:Basic understanding of PLCs, SCADA and Industrial Automation domain technical writing experience will be an added advantage, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for the end-users.xc2xb7 Plan, research, write, illustrate and/ or edit existing or new documentation sets on the complex technical topics.xc2xb7 Collaborate with Development, Pre and System integration test, Product owners, Support, Product Management and other cross-functional teams to produce accurate and high-quality documentation.xc2xb7 Creating different types of technical manuals like, Readmes, Online Help, Installation notes, Release notes.xc2xb7 Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interaction with various teams.xc2xb7 Read and analyze requirement/feature specifications and other authored technical documents to interpret overall functionality and product intricacies.xc2xb7 Work extensively on the product to gain an understanding of the technical details and functioning.xc2xb7 Work with minimal supervision through all the stages of the Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC).xc2xb7 Participate in the development process of new products or features (both Agile and xe2x80x98Vxe2x80x99).xc2xb7 Analyze and fix user documentation bugs.xc2xb7 Ensure adherence to established processes and quality standards.Youxe2x80x99ll win us over by:xc2xb7 BE/ B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Technologyxc2xb7 2-5 years of work experience in crafting and developing technical user documentation.xc2xb7 Excellent written and verbal English language skills.xc2xb7 Proficient knowledge of and an expert user of the distributed control systemxc2xb7 Knowledge of using XML-based authoring tools (Arbor text editor and so on)xc2xb7 Knowledge of DITA and solid understanding of content management systemxc2xb7 knowledge of graphic tool such as, Visual Studio, Snagit and Paint Shop Pro.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of software creation process (SDLC) and Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC).xc2xb7 Good knowledge of and application of style guides and industry practices.xc2xb7 Proficient with Lean/ Agile and xe2x80x98Vxe2x80x99 methods of User documentation.xc2xb7 Hands on experience in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.xc2xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.xc2xb7 Should be a quick learner, dedicated and highly motivated.xc2xb7 Ability to quickly grasp new products, tools and technologies.Knowledge and Experiencexc2xb7 Experience: 2 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxc2xb7 Proficient in Technical writing concepts, Graphics, Communication and writing skills.xc2xb7 Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies and exposure in working with multi-site global teams.Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!This role, based in Bangalore, is an individual contributor position.
