We are seeking a highly technical Developer Advocate with a strong foundation in front-end technologies and a knack for social media and marketing strategies. This role blends technical expertise with creative communication skills, aiming to amplify our brand\'s presence across various platforms and foster community engagement. Who we are GreatFrontEnd is a platform for passionate front end engineers. Created by a team of senior / staff engineers from big tech, our mission is to help front end engineers worldwide to improve their front end skills, get in touch with the latest innovations in the front end ecosystem and socialize with like-minded others. Our first product of many \xe2\x80\x93 the GreatFrontEnd Interview platform \xe2\x80\x93 is already the leading platform engineers use globally to prepare for their front end interviews and clinch their dream jobs. As an early member of our team, you will have a rare opportunity to grow the product from the ground up with the founding team. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Social Media Management:Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar. Manage and actively post on our social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and brand representation.
• Technical Writing and Publicity: Craft high-quality technical content, including blogs and articles, focused on front-end development. Utilize this content to enhance our visibility and credibility on social platforms.
• Community Engagement:Actively participate in community forums, such as Discord channels. Engage with social media influencers and other key figures to promote our content and brand.
• Collaborative Content Creation:Work closely with graphic designers and video creators to develop compelling multimedia content. Ensure that all content aligns with our technical standards and brand voice.
• Growth and Partnership Development:Identify and execute growth strategies, including forming partnerships with relevant entities. Leverage these partnerships to expand our reach and influence in the tech community.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in front-end development and familiarity with the latest technologies.
• Proven experience in creating technical content and managing social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and communities.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing and growth.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators.

Pay and Benefits The actual rate will be narrowed down based on a number of factors, including the candidate\'s experience, qualifications, and their actual location. Application Process We have a 2-stage interview process, including:
