We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Coordinator to join our Telecom Department . As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical activities, ensuring the smooth execution of telecom projects, and supporting the technical team in daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background and experience in project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of telecom projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Ensure that all technical activities are in line with project requirements, specifications, and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, technical challenges, and resource requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical processes, designs, and updates.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Provide technical support and training to team members when required.
• Assist in procurement and management of technical equipment and materials.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical coordination role, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems and equipment.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects and managing technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
