• Collaborate closely with various teams to comprehend project requirements and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates adhering to organizational and legal standards.
• Ensure templates facilitate easy data migration and align with industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• 4-8 years of proven experience as a technical writer or in an equivalent role.
• Knowledge of Structured documentation, DITA, DDLC is a must-have.
• Proficient with content authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MadCap Flare.
• Must have familiarity with Confluence.
• Experience in content management using Adobe Experience Manager is desirable.
• Familiarity with content governance tools like Acrolinx is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills to define documentation for business solutions.
• Strong process-oriented thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple milestones and projects.
