Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Content Writer and Technical Copywriter who can create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website and our clients' websites. This role involves writing tech blogs on the latest topics, interviewing our engineers to produce technical content, writing API documentation, and creating engaging content about the services we provide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both creative and technical writing, with a passion for learning and communicating complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.

NOTE: Original Content Requirement: All content must be 100% original and not AI-generated. AI-generated content does not rank well in search engines and will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality, SEO-friendly content for MoonDive's website and our clients' websites, including technical blogs, service descriptions, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Technical Writing: Create detailed API documentation, user manuals, and other technical documents to support our software development projects.
• Blog Writing: Write tech blogs on the latest industry trends, technologies, and company updates, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Interviews and Research: Conduct interviews with our engineers and other team members to gather information and insights for technical content.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to MoonDive's brand guidelines.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
• SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and develop MoonDive's brand voice across all content, ensuring a cohesive and professional tone.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or copywriting, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content types.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and technical concepts.
• SEO Skills: Proven experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct effective interviews with technical staff.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt writing style to different audiences and purposes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field. A background in technology or software development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Wix.
• Social Media: Familiarity with social media content creation and management.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
