Document technically accurate content for products including User Manuals, Quick guide 2. Research and determine the technical documentation needs for the features 3. Estimate efforts and deliver content on time 4. Ensure quality of the documentation 5. Execute day-to-day information engineering activities 6. Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation 7. Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement 8. Experience creating info graphics to more clearly communicate workflow processes and abstract topics 9. Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other other educational techniques 10. Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use 11. Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFP responses, ), ensuring a consistent \'look and feel.\' 12. Proven experience producing technical content for public consumption Qualification 1.
