- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Creating monthly content plan and ensuring timely implementation of strategy
- Should have competency in Web Content writing irrespective of industries (both technical & creative)
- Having a strong hold in social media content and writing Ad copies (Copywriting skill is an added advantage).
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords, Meta tags, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
- Must take ownership and responsibility of the accounts they are working on
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Work with development and support leads to identifying all documentation repositories, revise, and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
- Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong content creator with the ability to put ideas into words
- Strongly adept in English grammar and command over the language
- Contents should be plagiarism free, and manual written having no AI interventions
- Should have basic knowledge on Advanced AI tools
- Extensive attention to detail
- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment with a balance of quality and efficiency
- Should have strong research skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO (Ideas on Keyword incorporation & Keyword density)
- Comfortable explaining ideas to client stakeholders and presenting work
- Be an avid team player
- Monday to Friday
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
