Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science or a related field 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or content writing for a technology company Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of web development, software development, and IT terminology Experience working with content management systems such as AI etc...
