Role Description Virtual Coders is looking for a full-time Technical Content Writer to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad, India. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify the needs of the users, and deliver clear and concise technical content that meets those needs. Responsibilities: Experienced in written communication, storytelling, and thrive under the pressure of deadlines. Should be able to explain intricate technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. Dive into keyword and competitor research, producing industry-specific content covering software, web, mobile development, application architecture, cloud technologies, and development practices. Adapt to the unique requirements of various marketing materials, such as ebooks, brochures, blogs, slide decks, video scripts, infographics, landing pages, and more. Self-edit and proofread content while staying true to the brand voice and writing style. Collaborate with internal and external subject-matter experts, creating content that resonates with a diverse readership-from C-suite executives and CTOs to project managers and software engineers. Qualifications: 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar technology domain, with a broad understanding of the software development industry. Showcase a robust portfolio featuring content pieces that demonstrate expertise in crafting well-researched and timely narratives. Proficient in keyword research, with hands-on experience using various keyword research tools. A discerning eye for content quality, ready to go above and beyond standard practices to maintain excellence. Exhibit a passion for continuous learning and the ability to immerse yourself in new and unfamiliar topics. Demonstrate the capacity to work independently, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. Embrace constructive criticism and thrive on feedback from peers and editors.
