:We are looking for ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to identify, design and deliver larger or more complex architectures,strategies and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform. The role holder will1. Focus on ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform this resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow Solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications2. Comfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration3. Knowledgeable and familiar in the ServiceNow ITOM offerings and can lead a customer through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM, including the following: Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping & Integrations4. Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.5. Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management6. Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management7. Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow datamapping8. Knowledge on identification , classification rule in CMDB9. Knowledge over event and rule10. Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships and dependencies11. Required Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations12.
