Technical Consultant
: Roles and Responsibilities and Skills required for the profile:
- Architect, build, deploy and configure WFO Avaya/Verint platforms
- Be the primary POC for troubleshooting complex Avaya/Verint WFO-related issues during the implementation
- Proactive performance management and capacity planning
- Manage technical projects (build, plan, document, train) pertaining to WFO systems
- Follow the change management process and participate in off-hours maintenance windows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Avaya/Verint software architecture, installation, configuration, and administration
- Technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administratio
- Solid experience with Avaya/Verint QM/WFM/Customer Feedback is a must
- Knowledge of Avaya/Verint Analytics. DPA and Speech Analytics is highly desired
- Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices
- Experience in JAVA Enterprise and frameworks in addition to app servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc.
- Good experience with MS SQL (2012/2017): database structure, administration, performance tuning and scripting
- AWS, GCP and VMware experience
- Excellent verbal and written skill
