In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as; Your contributions to organisations growth The Technical Consultant (TC) is the technical contact point for all customers. At the time of the ex-works delivery, TC is already involved in several areas of the project. It supports every customer as well as the Service department in ensuring that compressors are set up, commissioned, inspected and repaired in accordance with the requirements. TC should be the first point of technical contact in the event of customer questions. This ensures that all information, especially technically, is handled centrally. The TC clarify request due to damages to compressors or auxiliaries, if process changes or modifications adaptations are required or if warranty instances call for a more detailed, labor-intensive investigation Responsible for complaint management and offering solution to resolve complaints Expertise you have to bring in along with; DME/ BE with Mechanical Engineering with min 07 to 10 years of experience Previous Customer service experience in field support in Refineries, Petrochemicals/ fertilizers, Industrial Gas segment with reciprocating compressors / Engines (BP& CL / DR / NEA/ IR /company) Analytical skill, technical decision making. Able to read and comprehend Operation and Maintenance Manuals, P& I diagram, and other project related written documents in English High Energy level, Flexible, Disciplined / Punctual.
