ACCOUNTABILITIES
ACTIVITIES
Feasibility Study
- Support to Strategic team for development of Detailed Feasibility Report for petrochemicals complex and assist scanning of petrochemical business.
Review of Proposals
- Review of Techno-commercial proposals and evaluation of technologies from technical and economic perspective.
Technical Audit and Review of FEED packages
- Technical Audit of Process design package received from Licensors.
Provide process engineering data/ inputs to all the stakeholders during project implementation
- Process engineering evaluation including , process optimization, equipment sizing, layouts, plot plans, costing, process simulations.
- Technical coordination with the licensors, engineering contractors during BEP/EBE, detailed engineering phase.
- Active participation in HAZOP
- Provide expertise in management of Utilities, Effluent, Storage, and Logistics in relation to Petrochemical feedstock & products. Selection of catalysts and other valuable consumables
Monitoring process engineering progress
Preparation of Technical Reports/ Status report for the management appraisal.
Providing process support during commissioning of facilities
- Support to operation team during construction, precommissioning, commissioning and plant stabilizing activities as necessary \xe2\x80\x93 including troubleshooting, test runs, confirmation of guaranteed performance.
Mentoring team
- Development and coaching of young engineers in Refinery and Petrochemical desciplines.
