Synoptek is a top rated, long-term Dynamics Gold Partner. We have a long history with the solution stack across many versions of AX. Key services include - full implementation, turnaround failed implementation, customization and integration, upgrades, support and maintenance. We are currently implementing and supporting Dynamics in over 24 countries; multiple installations in North America/Europe/Asia. As a Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Technical Consultant, you will deliver high quality business and software application services, configure Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 to meet requirements, and work with the functional team to define and test customizations

The Basics

Total Years of Technical Experience: 3-8 years

Position Specific Experience: 3 years

Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 1 years [Preferable]

Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 2 years

Techie Aptitude

• Has a proven track record of providing technical consultancy and delivering complex, full life-cycle implementation, upgrade, customization, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365/AX
• Strong knowledge of coding standards and methodologies
• Deep understanding of reporting features and Power BI in D365FO
• Understanding of TFS/VSS version control
• Exposure to use TFS as collaboration tool and code management process

• Installation of AX 2009, AX 2012, DMF, EP and SSRS
• Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of AX/X++ development experience with in-depth knowledge of ERP platform in Microsoft Dynamics, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure
• Must have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical certification or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment
• Strong advisory and presentation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively to client stakeholders and all levels within the organization
• Expected to be flexible with time and leverage offshore teams effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Pune or Ahmedabad.
