You will be at the forefront of leveraging advanced technologies to accelerate GSKs ambition to harness science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. This will include.

• Alignment to one of our key business areas e.g. Global Product and Technology, Research & Development, Commercial, Global Supply Chain and/or Cyber security while gaining a holistic overview of how Digital & Tech supports GSK.
• An induction programme designed to accelerate your on-boarding into GSK and the workplace covering business etiquette, teamwork, communication, personal development, decision-making, task prioritization, stakeholder management, and accountability.
• A holistic digital and tech training programme covering AGILE methodology, IT service management, cyber security, data science, AI/ML GEN AI, software engineering, data analytics and visualisation, cloud and business process automation.
• Opportunities to grow your project management skills.
• A buddy, mentor and line manager recognised for their development of people.
• Opportunities to support and facilitate high profile, senior leader led events including Strategic Partnership and Digital / Data conferences.

What are the requirements?Youll need:

• To be a talented, ambitious graduate with great technology skills

A degree (BTech/ B.E) in IT, computer science, circuit branch or atechnology-related subject with specialization in one or more of thefollowing - AI /ML, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Although, if youve gota track record for having success in technology, your degree could alsobe in engineering, maths, statistics, or data science.

• Fresh thinking with innovative new ideas that boost productivity and

efficiency

• To work with data to find meaningful insights and drive data-driven

decision making

• To enjoy hands-on programming, coding, and solving complex problem

leveraging technology driven solutions

• To enjoy learning and exploring emerging technology (example Gen AI)
• Written and spoken fluency in English
