ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Technical Architect at Kibo, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our ecommerce/OMS platform in conjunction with the technical architecture of our clients\' systems and software. If youre seeking a unique challenge with amazing growth potential, then come work with us!WHAT YOULL DOLead thorough design, development, and configuration endeavors for Commerce/ Retail (eCommerce and Order Management) applicationsCollaborate, design, and development Kibo solutions that align project requirements and client business objectivesLead technical and business discussions internally and externally to provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycleCounsel Project Management teams in project planning, milestones, go-live/solution rollouts, and risk identification/mitigation to ensure deliverables are high quality and timelyGuide internal and external stakeholders through Commerce implementation and upgrade projectsEvaluate new technologies and trends and make recommendations to guide customers and project teams through Commerce/Retail projects and implementationsDevelop and maintain best practices documentation and reusable frameworks to expedite project executionTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional, deployment, or systemic issues with enterprise software applications and custom solutionsSupport UAT, QA and Performance testing initiatives to meet functional and non-functional requirements Skills & RequirementsWHAT YOULL NEED

• 8+ years of experience in implementation of Commerce/Retail software solutions, with proven track record of delivering projects on time and in budget
• Expertise in enterprise Commerce platforms, including implementation and customization
• Deep knowledge of integrating with ERP/Catalog/Inventory and other upstream and downstream systems employed by commerce businesses
• Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
• Strong understanding of scalability, maintainability, and security principles
• Extensive knowledge of microservices, containerization, and orchestration, with focus on eCommerce applications
• Experience in software development with proficiency in Node.JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.JS, GraphQL and Backbone.JS
• Strong background in enterprise Commerce technologies
• Experience working on native cloud applications and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP & Azure
