• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming concepts and RDBMS concepts
• Ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards and Best Practices
• Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small teams technically
• Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon your solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.
• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools.
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

• Minimum 5 Years of Pega Experience with PEGA CSSA certification and min 1 year Pega 8 implementation experience
• Good understanding on various Pega concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset Management
• Working experience of Web services, Connect SOAP, MQ and other interface protocols.
• Working experience within PEGA to integrate to external system using Connect and Service protocol.

• Strong communication skills, ability to work comfortably with different regions
• Actively participate within internal project community
• Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional and global basis and as part of joint cross location initiative.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
• Able to perform under pressure.
