Scope: Blue Yonder Technical Architect (Value Platform) will be responsible for gathering new functional requirements for Value Platform and implementing them. Will also be responsible for communication with stakeholders/sponsors of these functionalities. Additional responsibilities include operating these new functionalities along with educating different teams. Core responsibilities to include Requirements Gathering, Designing, Architecting and communication. The incumbent should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills - verbal & written. Desired skills and experience: Knowledge on OS - Windows, Unix DB - RDBMS Concepts, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL/ PL SQL(must) , Snowflake, MongoDB Implementation or support experience of Supply Chain Planning Solution/Platform Next Gen Skills - Data Science, Agile, Azure, Python(must) , AI/ML Other - Power BI, Customer Management, problem solving skills Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, Inter-personal, Analytical and Problem-solving skills Excellent organization and project documentation skills Meticulous planning with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Domain knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chain Planning and how it integrates with other systems. Any industry specific experience is a big plus. What you\'ll do: Conduct technical and functional sessions with customers and/or other internal teams to understand the functional and technical needs of the new features of Value Platform and develop technical solutions to meet those needs. Also conduct sessions to educate other teams on Value Platform. Design and develop platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, Data mapping, data modeling and loading of data Provide a variety of technical support to the project team including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc. Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Provide internal and external trainings Implementation and steady state support, and contribute on internal development projects Continuously upskill on BYs product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer Flexible to work with overlapping time zones and work timings Recognize and highlight new feature and revenue opportunities in the existing value platform Create artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle and reducing errors post go-live What we are looking for: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree (Computer Science Preferred) and 8 to 14 years of experience in Software industry. Technical Background, Supply Chain Planning Industry Experience. Hands-on development skills Expertise on performance tuning techniques and ability to assist other team members with benchmarking and sizing exercises. Possess technical expertise on PL/SQL, database, Platform, Python Demonstrable experience leading, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions. Demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder\'s Planning Solutions(SCPO). Passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills - verbal & written.
