The Tech Architect values simplicity and is not afraid to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve an agile and flexible design. The Tech Architect works closely with all team members to design and implement a modular, scalable solution that flexibly incorporates architectural changesResponsibilities :Design and implement the technological architecture of BHIM Should have expertise in PsP which can drive the team during crisis situationTechnical design: Collaborate with the technical design and roadmap of BHIIM tech strategy together with the tech leadsTech Implementation: Guide the team in the implementation of the technological strategy for BHIM Performance management: Actively engage in coding to help the team develop a robust solution; Identify and resolve technical impedimentsInnovation: Constantly look for new ways of solving technical problems and designing solutions, without fear of challenging the status quo Technology strategy: Maintain the technology vision in the long term and suggest improvements in said planCoaching and guidance: Act as mentor and coach of the technical team in the pod, especially during code reviewsCollaboration: Provide the team with an action plan to implement software eng. practices & improve code quality.Improvement: Understand global best practices & adapt them for BHIMKey skills domain exp:15+ years of proven tech experience in PsP payments domain with deep UPI ecosystem knowledge and principles of programming and engineeringBachelors in Computer Science (or related field) and Masters in Computer Science (or related field) preferredExperience in designing tech architecture for payment products in high volume transaction/digital interactions space Seasoned professional application design and implementation (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Golang, Java) Should be Srasoned in Payments domain such that he can handhold and lead the team dun crisis situationExperience in designing using modern architectural patterns like, microservices, messaging, workflows, event driven systems etc Highly comfortable with design patterns related to microservicesProficient in distributed systems tech stacks like Kafka, ELK, In-memory databases, Cassandra or other such DBsAbout CIEL HR (Payroll Company) Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry, powered by technology and analytics.
