• Architect and design robust, large-scale open-source LLM systems.
• Translate technical requirements into system designs.
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and align with open-source best practices.
• Optimize system performance leveraging technologies like the ELK stack for data indexing and analysis.
• Engage with the open-source community, contributing to projects and fostering innovation.
• Advocate for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible technology use.
• Promoting best practices in software development and architecture.

What skills and experience are we looking for-

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience on Machine learning algorithms.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models / NLP techniques.
• Experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Good to have experience on Python and Docker, Kubernetes.
