About the RoleLocationIndiaMaharashtraPuneCompanySiemens Energy Industrial Turbomachinery India Private LimitedOrganizationTransformation of IndustryBusiness UnitCompressionFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelMid-level ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayThe Technical Data Services Team is looking for an innovative, hard-working, and versatile Sharepoint Administrator to manage the Siemens-Energy AGT technical organization\'s SharePoint environment, including design of physical and logical architecture, performance tuning, and ongoing system refinement.Working with the Head of Technical Services, this is a key role and the Technical Administrator will ensure our internal employees, Vendors and Customers can access the user documentation required for their specific functional requirements and commercial agreements.This role requires a technical individual with a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SharePoint solutions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, capable of managing complex projects and communicating effectively with a wide range of customers.Additionally, the role will support the collection of data for supporting the Cost-Out Managers & programmes within the Product Life Cycle (PLC) team in AGT. The AGT PLC team includes This involves understanding the component cost and how do we continue to deliver our AGT Cost-Out targets.How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Efficient at communication at different levels of organisation and articulating data requirements & concepts in clear engaging terms
• Attention to detail and an appreciation for data and process improvements
• \xc2\xb7 An analytical mind set, as well as an inquisitive, methodical approach
• Represent the company and actively participate in a team to achieve work of the AGT Technical Sharepoint
• Trouble shooting the AGT Sharepoint whilst working closely with the Data team, that maintains the Customer Extranet Portal (CEP)
• Coaching and support other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and implement improvements in tools, methods, and processes

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience of 1 to 3 years as a SharePoint Administration / Architecture or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of the gas turbine construction, maintenance & basic operation
• Have an ability to interpret large volumes of sophisticated technical data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required (Technical English), and you will be able to interact at all levels, demonstrate initiative and be a flexible self-starter.
