We are hiring for Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager;Experience : 3-6 yearsJob Location : Chennai - WFO (US Shift - 7:00PM to 3:00AM)Notice Period : Immediate/15-30daysRequired skills :1. Sell products, Solutions and Services with a keen understanding of fundamentals of a product, solution or service selling2. Engage/Communicate with prospects/customers - Having good communication skills, communicate with prospects across globe, give product demos and propose solutions and offerings to the client.3. Meet/exceed agreed to sales goals/targets consistently4. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.5. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.6. Ensuring cross-selling, up-selling new product features / modules to existing clients.7. Work with teams to co-ordinate the client on-boarding process, on premise or remotely as needed.8. Expertise in selling remote development services and work for hire models to designated markets/geo.9. Knowledge and experience in selling IT services - Web/Mobile application development, DevOps services, Extended remote teams for software development, etc.10. Expertise with various industry verticals for software sales like HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech and other sectors is a plus.11. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.12. Obtaining payment from clients.13. Drive outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads from new prospects14. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.15. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. (ref:updazz.com)
