Key Responsibilities:- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through online research, cold calling, and other channels.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.- Reach out to potential leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.- Follow up with leads and provide timely responses to inquiries.- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).- Proficient in Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha etc.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Preferred Skills:- Experience in B2B lead generation.- Knowledge of email automation and LinkedIn prospecting tools.- Understanding of digital marketing or similar industry.
