:- Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)- Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development- Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination- Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers- Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service- Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project- Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reportsJob Requirement :- 1+ years of exp. must into client servicing into online/digital marketing- College Degree - Preferred Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities- Experience with managing a client account- Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies- Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions- Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines (ref:updazz.com)
