### About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our fast-growing team as the first member of the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying and attracting top tech talent and will be comfortable orchestrating the end-to-end recruitment process.
### •Responsibilities•
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely solutions.
### •Qualifications•
• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of various tech roles and the ability to identify suitable candidates.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
