Job Description

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues. Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technology solutions. Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades as required. Support the documentation of technical procedures and processes. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements. Assist in testing and debugging software applications or systems. Maintain security and data protection best practices in technical operations. Research and recommend improvements in technical infrastructure. Provide user training and technical guidance as needed. 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (IT support, software development, networking, etc.)
