• Technical Presentations & Proposals:
• Develop and deliver detailed technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Create and present proposals, including pricing and technical specifications, to win sales contracts.
• Product Expertise:
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, solutions, and industry trends.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, ensuring products meet customer needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues or concerns promptly.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Post-Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
• Market Research & Feedback:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
• Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in [industry-specific area].
• Experience in presenting technical solutions to clients and managing the sales cycle.
