Job Title: Tech Support / Sr. Process Associate Voice ProcessLocation: Hyderabad (Hitech City) Candidates must reside within a 25km radiusSalary: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance)Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Summary: We are looking for an experienced Tech Support/Sr. Process Associate to join our Domestic Tech Support Voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a minimum of 1 year of on-paper experience in a BPO Voice role (Domestic or International). The role involves resolving customer queries related to technical support.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls and provide technical support to customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to product/services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to process guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in BPO Voice (Domestic or International).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Shift: Rotational Shift with one rotational week off.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Transportation: 1-way cab facility during night shifts.

Additional Information:

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Documents Required: Aadhar card, PAN card, Experience letter, Minimum 3 months\' pay slips, All educational documents.
• Bond: No bond requirement.
