Description:Experience 6+ yearsRequirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in providing technical support for SQL, Microsoft servers, Linux, Networking, and Elastic Search.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in SQL administration, including installation, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server editions
• Experience with Linux environmentsKnowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Proficient in Elastic Search implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide remote assistance and guide clients through issue resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for database and infrastructure configurations.
• Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to address complex issues.
