Receive Customer Requests through Email/Phone/Chat/Support System
o Resolve / Assign these requests to relevant teamo Create Users / Perform user managemento Perform Course Configurations / Quiz Configurationso Assign Courses to users * Run queries on LMS database and generate reports for clients
Monitor server infrastructure and system availability
Manage AWS cloud setup
Co-ordinate with Navitus Development team to resolve issues
Adhere to System Support SLAs
Skills and Experience
Graduate in IT stream.
0 to 1 years' experience
Certification in Linux or AWS is an added advantage
