\xef\x82\xb7 Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.

Management Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Effective business communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
