Responsible to perform a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. Monitors, operates, coordinates, assists and trains others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve desired result.

• To Provide Enterprise-Level Assistance to Our Customers
• Diagnose & Report Software and Hardware Problems
• Help Our Customers Install Applications and Programs.
• Responsibility regarding Resolving Network Issues
• Configuring OS and Using Remote Desktop Connections to Provide Support
• Use Phone call, Email, Chat or any other form communication to resolve their Issues
Key Skills:
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Should have good communicational Proficiency in Hindi & English
• Properly Escalate Unresolved Issues to Appropriate Internal Teams
• Good Understanding of Computer Systems, Mobile Devices and Other Tech Products
• Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot Basic Technical Issues
• Research and Identify Solutions to Software and Hardware Issues
• Investigating, Diagnosing and Solving Computer Software and Hardware Fault
Technical Skills:
• Sound knowledge in windows operating system
• Hands-On Experience with MS Office & Database Management
• Proficiency in any programing language (C++ / C#.Net / VB.Net / Java / Python)
Remarks:
• Must Have Own Bike, Laptop and Android Mobile
• Tour & Travel (Inside / Outside State) May Be Required
