Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Provide technical support to the teams using the software. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide expert level technical support for lead-square & sales force platforms and collaborate with users to understand their business processes and recommend CRM best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Working together with cross-functional teams, such as those for product development, to enhance the general sales process and employee experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between various systems, ensuring smooth flow of information. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide technical assistance for AI driven applications and tools, addressing user queries and ensuring optimal performance. \xe2\x97\x8f Proactively opportunities for process improvement in CRM usage, data management and integration workflows. \xe2\x97\x8f Perform quality checks on data, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
