Responsible for installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning with proven knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with LINUX Operating Systems
Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools
Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts
Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies
Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as client.

Primary Skills
Hands on experience or good knowledge on any of the Linux flavor (Solaris/Linux)
Networking skills- Basic internetworking knowledge. RHCSA/RHCE/CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
Experience on storage/database (Postgres, MySQL)
VMware administration experience
Positive cross functional approach
Need to be flexible with work timings (24 X 7 support)
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
BSc/BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3+ years of related experience in IT industry.
1-2 years of experience in Linux System Administration.
